Regional Banking

Every region has its own bank account where owners can securely store money. The regional bank is separate from a player's personal balance and stays with the region even if ownership changes.

Features:

• Deposit money into your region's bank
• Withdraw funds when needed
• Safe storage that can't be lost on death (depends on your server's style)
• Useful for saving up for upkeep or member taxes

This feature cannot be disabled as it's essential for other economy features.
